DOWNWARD FACING DOG - is it an inversion, an arm balance or a forward bend?  One simple posture has so much going on behind the skin.  It can be one of the most rewarding poses in all of yoga when done with knowledge, intention and purpose.  How do you do it?  How is it done?

Come learn the kinematics and the biomechanics of Adho Mukha Svanasana along with therapist/instructor Lance Brown.  Gain an understanding on what to strive for in each muscle, each joint and each body part with modifications for graduation and exploration of what is unique to you.  How to get there is arguably more important than the destination itself.
