For “ESTABLISHED PATIENTS”, our booking process has changed — we are no longer offering self-booking. Please click the “contact us” button below. You will be directed to an email form. In the email please indicate optimal days and times you want for your return appointment. You will receive an appointment offering quite promptly.

Appointments are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

SANTA ROSA SELF-PAY:

  • 55 minute - Manual Therapy Initial Visit $250

  • 55 minute - Manual Therapy Standard Return Visit $250

  • 40 minute - Manual Therapy Short - Return Visit $220

  • 70 Minute - Manual Therapy Extended - Return Visit $330

    SAN RAFAEL SELF-PAY:

  • 85 minute - Manual Therapy Initial Visit $425

  • 55 minute - Manual Therapy Standard Return Visit $310

  • 40 minute - Manual Therapy Short - Return Visit $250

  • 70 Minute - Manual Therapy Extended - Return Visit $375

  • MEDICARE:

    (Medicare is billed - not the patient - at the time of service. The amounts below for 2025 are listed for the patient to be aware of the cost if he or she cancels after the 48 hour cancellation window or if Medicare denies* payment.) Kaiser Medicare and some other privatized medicare insurances do not reimburse, therefore if you have those insurances, you will have to pay out of pocket (see Self-Pay options above).

  • 15 minute - Manual Therapy Brief Return Visit $100 - $150

  • 25 minute - Manual Therapy Return Visit $150 - $220

  • 45 minute - Manual Therapy Extended Return Visit $200 - $240

  • 60 minute - Manual Therapy Initial Visit $240 - $260

*Straight Medicare Reimbursement to the provider is rarely denied. When a denial does occur, it is usually due to an unmet deductible. In these cases, if the patient does not have supplemental insurance or has a supplemental that does not cover the deductible, then the above fees will be charged.
